Who I am

This site is run by Matej Gyergyek (M-G Solutions), Slovenia. Contact: matej.gy@gmail.com.

What I collect and why

If you sign up for updates, I collect your email address only — nothing else. It is used exclusively to send you occasional news about the game Lanternsong (demo release, Steam page). The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by signing up and confirming via the opt-in email.

Where it's stored

Email addresses are stored with MailerLite (UAB "MailerLite", Vilnius, Lithuania — an EU company), which acts as data processor. This website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Every email contains an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Your rights

• Access, correct, or delete your data at any time — just email me or use the unsubscribe link.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything.
• Complain to a supervisory authority (in Slovenia: Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).

I never sell or share your email with anyone.
